The surfboard is equipped with a two-stroke water-cooled engine. It uses gasoline mix lubricant from 95 or above with a fuel ratio of 30:1.

Surfing safety instructions :1、Please wear a helmet, swimsuit and life jacket before surfing;2, pay attention to never on the shore, no water to start the surfboard, to avoid engine overheating, resulting in surfboards occur other problems.3, you should know the safety of the water: no floating objects; water depth of at least 80cm; check whether there are rocks, branches, nets, large fish or other unknown factors affect your safety;4, before going into the water to use, please contact customer service to send the relevant documents of the surfboard, you should first understand the performance of the surfboard, power performance, safety key manual and the treatment of emergencies that may be encountered, but also to understand the energy of the dumping, so as to estimate the distance and time, and return to the surfing smoothly.
Tips:1. Surfing is an extreme sport, especially power surfing. Please keep a clear mind because power surfing requires high personal operation;2、Please install the battery, insert the battery sensor switch and insert the safety key before going into the water.3、Bend-kneel-stand, please follow this method when surfing in shallow water. Please protect yourself and don’t go too fast at the beginning;4、When surfing, please keep upright, look ahead and pay attention to the surrounding situation in case of accidents;5、When you get off the surfboard, please hold down the power switch, kneel down first, and then get off the surfboard after everything is normal;6、To avoid all possible accidents, please make sure to remove the safety key when resting on the shore or in the water;
Maintenance :1、After surfing, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place. The battery will generate a certain temperature, let it cool naturally. Batteries are prohibited from charging outdoors, do not overcharge, and unplug the charging plug in time when fully charged. (Do not expose the battery to sunlight. If the temperature is too high, the service life of the battery may be reduced and a safety hazard may occur.)2、After surfing in the sea, fresh water should be used to wash the surfboard and cooling system.3、When surfing, pay attention to whether the sound of the surfboard is normal or not, when the sound is abnormal or the power drops, please stop the machine in time to check;4, surfing should pay attention to whether there is water in the cabin. If there is any stagnant water timely discharged, or wipe dry can be, does not affect the use. If not discharged in time, it will accelerate the aging of the product.
Precaution items
1.Charging battery.
Please full charge the battery before every play, use 220v current to charge the battery.
There is indicator light on the charger.
* Red: During Charging
* Green: Full charge or disconnect.
From 0% to 100% capacity , at least 5 hours of charging time.
The voltage of full battery should be 16 -16.8V
（please make sure connect joint correctly , the 2 arrows face each other ）
Warning:
Battery must be carry out for charging. Forbid to charging the battery inside the engine compartment. Please storage the battery separately when you don’t use the product. Don’t leave it inside the engine compartment.
2.Connect the battery to engine correctly.
Connect the battery to electric system main line , make the 2 arrows face each other too.
3.Fuel proportion
Please use #95 gasoline (or above) and lube oil.
Proportion is 30:1
4.Engine start difficulty.
For the first time of use. The start might be difficult. Please turn the carburetor handle open->close->open , repeat action during start engine . Increase the air intake pressure to make start successfully.
5.In any case (ashore or in water), Don’t press the starting button for more than 5 times continuously，in case cause starter motor and starter battery over heat and damage.
6.If starting the engine on lands, do not stay for more than 30 seconds to avoid overheating of the engine.
The engine is water cooling engine, it need flowing water to keep cool.If start engine successfully on ashore, please shut down the engine in time. Don’t let it running without water for long time.If need to demonstrate or function testing on land, please connect to water pipe and supply water.
Besides, if remain starting position on lands, the Engine RPM will stay at high rate due to no power loading , water resistance.
If the engine is run at full speed without a power load, it may cause the engine to “overspeed” Phenomenon- the engine continues to run uncontrolled even the safety key is removed.(if this happen, immediately block the carburetor intake tunnel to choke the engine stop).
So if you want to test full power of the surfboard, please do it on water.
7.For the first time to use, don’t go too far away from shore.
Afraid of stand, Lie on the board tail, tail and exhaust mostly sunk in water and stay at low speed which cause the poor exhaust , is the mainly reason for engine shut down. At this situation, user might continuously restart the engine , and will also cause battery , motor too hot , and cause battery damage or burnt out.
New user of the surfboard, due to incorrect use, there might be many problem happen. So we suggest new user to not going too far away from shores.
8.Don’t continuously restart engine in short time!!!
To prevent battery and start motor damage.
If restart difficulty, after few time of trial of restart engine, still unable to restart the engine , please return to shores as soon as possible and troubleshoot first.
9.Check the muffler and exhaust valve regularly.
Please check the muffler and exhaust regularly ,exhaust blocked will cause engine start difficult or failure .
10.Introduction of water drain hole.
① Drain hole of engine cooling water (on the right side of surfboard body)
② Built-in water pump Drain hole (on the left side of the surfboard body)
The water pump located at bottom of engine compartment.When surfboard capsize, there might be water pour in the engine compartment, the water pump will suck the water and pour out of it.
When the rider fall into water, surfboard capsize, please upside down the surfboard first. At this moment, if you want to lean on the surfboard rest a while, and prepare for next riding.
1.Please insert the safety key first, let the electric system and water pump working. (Engine remain shut down position)
2.Please don’t put your entire weight at the ②Built-in water pump Drain hole. It might causes water go inside the surfboard.
If fall into water, after many trial of starting engine and it still failure , please return to lands as soon as possible, after problem-shot and solve, then continue to play.
10.Wash and Clean
After use,please wash and clean the surfboard.
Must clean if use it in sea or salt water!(use clean fresh water)
Use a hot gun or hair dryer to complete dry the engine compartment, and spray WD-40 to engine parts like carburetor,propeller to prevent rusting.
Engine failure quick trouble shoting
1.Firstly check the propeller joint
Turn the propeller joint counterlockwise by hand, if it can turn without stuck, meanwhile you can feel the crankshaft resistance , then this part is normal.
2. Test the battery voltage
Test the battery voltage, the battery voltage must higher than 14V at least.
3. Check the control handle
Locate the control handle connector and connect it to a new control handle. Insert the Magnetic key into the control handle and press the starter button to try to start the engine.
4. Check the motor
Using a heat gun (or hair dryer ), heat the side cover bolts, then remove the side cover and motor.
Remove the bottom cable and link it directly to the starter motor and start testing the motor.
Insert the magnetic key and press the start button, the motor spin–> normal, the motor does not spin–> motor failure, need to replace.
